人物經歷
結合雪瑞兒可洛與艾拉妮絲莫莉塞特優點的搖滾新女聲貝絲哈特，四歲開始學習鋼琴，興趣從古典的貝多芬、巴哈到齊柏林飛船、匆促合唱團（Rush）的搖滾樂，甚至Aretha Franklin、James Brown的靈魂歌曲或藍調、爵士如Billie Holiday、Etta James都伴隨她渡過成長歲月，而這些正是影響她日後創作的泉源。寫曲、演唱、演奏、編曲、製作一手包辦的貝絲哈特四年前組團，以Beth Hart Band名義發行專輯“Immortal”，並曾為天蠍合唱團巡迴做暖場表演，但也由於馬不停蹄的巡迴使該團解散，之後漫長的四年她不斷自省與發掘，終於在1999年推出新作“Screaming For My Supper”，作為這些日子來自身生活體驗與感觸的結晶。
