傳說與考證
從現有的考古資料看來，帕祖祖Pazuzu是亞述人邪神。在有關古代亞述的發掘中可以得知，Pazuzu是地獄之王，在503層的地獄中住在最高層。後來有關的研究也指向了Pazuzu或許與瘟疫和災禍有關，總之這是一個不祥的邪神。亞述與蘇美爾文明的聯繫時非常緊密的，因此可以斷定：Pazuzu肯定來源於蘇美爾文明。.我們在電影《驅魔人 II 大法師》中的看到的那個古怪的魔鬼雕塑相傳就是Pazuzu本尊...Pazuzu雕像這尊邪神雕像目前在大英博物館保存。
