Third Day 算third day起來也是 CCM （基督教福音樂隊組合） 中力久彌堅的樂隊老團, 在 2000 年的 DOVE - AWARDS 獲得 4 項大獎，風光之餘, 再接再厲, 分別在2001年和2005年獲得葛萊美最佳福音樂隊組合大獎。承襲 LYNYRD SKYNYRD , The Eagles … 的美式南方鄉村搖滾 , 雖是保守族群喜歡的老式搖滾 , 其強而有力的節奏也吸引著年輕族群 , 他們的風格是現代福音敬拜搖滾樂團可容易學習的入門教材 。Third Day這個福音樂團包括著名的福音唱片廠牌essential .一開始知道了jars of clay和caedmons call這樣在福音圈裡比較出色的樂團.但是真正把福音音樂帶入主流唱片排行榜的還是third day。在casting crowns還沒有出現之前,也只有他們的專集能在主流的排行榜占有一席之地。third day樂隊最擅長的是用時下最流行的搖滾方法來詮釋傳統意義上的福音歌曲，把二者從本質、精神上結合在了一起,從而使福音這種比較偏門的音樂類型得到大眾的認可.如果你聽他們的音樂,很難和教堂傳統空靈、神秘的詠唱聯繫在一起，但是的確從歌詞里透露出的全是對上帝堅定的愛和信仰，這就是他們高明之地，也受到歐美基督教界眾多信眾接受和歡迎的地方。
